Taking a less active role is Hammer, the ship's navigator, and the youngest crewman at 27. No, he doesn't look like a camel. He's either a young Cid Highwind or Jak's younger brother (as in "& Daxter"), we're not sure which. He's a little more seasoned than his youthful appearance would indicate, since he spent much of his younger years on the run from a major crime syndicate. He's a genius hacker, and evidently got just a little too creative with those skills when he was a kid. Matthews picked him up and sheltered him from the thugs on his tail, and he's settled nicely into his role as navigator. Tonny is one of his friends from childhood.
